We collect the following personal information upon sign-up:

• City of residence

• Country of residence

 

This information is collected to provide services to our clients and is not shared with any third parties at any time. The email address may be used to communicate with the member regarding their account and to send promotional information from time to time. Changes made by members in their member portal are amended accordingly at their own discretion.  The country of residence is used for taxation/accounting reporting purposes.

We do not engage in surreptitious data collection or manipulate SafariViewController to track users without consent. 

We only collect personal information directly from users or with explicit consent. We do not compile personal information from public databases without user consent.

2. Permission

​

The data collected via our app and site is secure, even if the data is initially anonymous. Paid functionality does not depend on data access. Users may withdraw consent by cancelling their membership. When a member cancels their membership, their user data is deleted 90 days after the cancellation (unless expressly requested earlier). Members can cancel their membership at any time in their members' area on the site or by contacting us directly.

We only request access to data relevant to the core functionality of our app and collect and use data required to accomplish relevant tasks.

We respect user permission settings and do not manipulate, trick, or force users to consent to unnecessary data access. We provide alternative solutions for users who decline certain permissions.

Users can use our app without a login if significant account-based features are absent. We offer account deletion within the app and do not require unnecessary personal information for app functionality.

6. Highly Regulated Fields

 

We comply with regulations in highly regulated fields and geo-restrict services as necessary.

We may request basic contact information, such as name and email address for our newsletter sign-up, as long as it is optional, and services are not conditional on providing this information.
